Superb experience with Nick this week. I hate buying cars and having to interact with your usual seller types so I spent a while searching online for a trustworthy homegrown seller and when I met Nick I knew I'd got it right. The car itself has been beautifully valeted inside and out and was supplied with all handbooks and full MB service history. I bought a Mercedes SLK from Nick at Glenbournes over the telephone. I live in Tynemouth which on the North East coast. As with any vechicle over 10 years old there is the likelyhood of things going wrong. After a few days the ESP light came on. I messaged Nick via What's App and he replied immediately. He agreed to have the car checked by my local MB Specialists (who are very good). Upon having the full diagnostics check, it was a faulty Steering Angle Sensor that needed replpacing. Once again Nick dealt with this in a speedy and no nonsense manner. In this day and age of dog eat dog and dodgy people, it is Truly a Pleasure to Deal with someone who stands behind their product and act in an ethical manner. Nick is a true Gentleman. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a used car, that they make Nick their first port of call. I know that in the Future I Will. Thanks again Nick.

Bought a BMW Cabriolet from Glenbournes in September and can't praise them too highly. The car was exactly as described and fairly priced. They dealt with an electronic malfunction promptly and without complaint and are now dealing with an oil leak which occurred just before their 3 month warranty expired. It's a pleasure to deal with a true gentleman!
